System integration alerts

You can now also provide an email address to receive alerts whenever a system integration fails due to an issue at your end, e.g. if iCasework is unable to reach a mail server you have told our system to use.

To improve response times when issues occur, we strongly recommend you implement this feature if you have integrated any of your systems with iCasework.
