Regional settings

Currency symbol - the symbol used by the system to display next to any monetary values whether in forms on reports e.g. £, $.
Working week - you set the days of the week which are NOT working days for your organisation, by setting these non working days then timescales set within the case or task will ignore the non working days when calculating target dates.
First day of the week - is used to set your first working day of a week.
Addresses Town / City label - is the label used in addresses throughout the system.
County / State / Province label - is the label used in addresses throughout the system.
Postcode label - is the label used as the when you are asked for a postcode when completing any forms.
Postcode prefix - is the label used in addresses throughout the system and prefixes any postcode.
Position of postcode is the position of the postcode used in addresses throughout the system. It may be before the town / city or at the end of the address
