Local support preferences (System wide)
Users can be sign-posted to a website or email address for your local system administrator whenever system setup or system access issues occur. You can enable this feature in a new Local Support preferences screen, located under Administration | System-wide | General settings:
For example, once configured, error messages in iCasework will display as: “You do not have access to this option. Please email icaseworksupport@yourorganisation.com.”
