Twitter integration AS

Select Twitter integration from the General settings.

To access the General settings, select Administration from the top bar dropdown.

Load tweets

Use this feature to automatically scan your twitter account for comments about your organisation, your services or your products. Any references found will automatically be converted into a case allowing you to proactively deal with the issue before it escalates.

Search terms – Enter the search terms for e.g. complaint, unhappy, dissatisfied etc.

Assigned to – Assigned to a team that will deal with the cases created.
