You can set non-working days within the system such as public, or annual shut down holidays, which are used when the system calculates case and task due dates. The System Configuration allows you to set system-wide holiday dates.
The Holidays feature allows you to add and remove holiday dates.
The Add more rows facility allows you to select and add a defined number of holiday dates. If you add a row, you can enter the date in the new row(s) or click on the calendar icon to pick a date using a calendar interface.
Remove row
The Remove row facility allows you to remove a specific holiday date.
In Administration go to Holiday dates in the features area of the left hand menu.
To edit a date click on the date and select a date from the calendar.
When you have added/edited all the dates then Save
