Audit trail (System) AS
An audit trail which provides a complete history of all your transactions within the system.
The system provides a full audit trail of configuration and administration activities which allows you to search for particular activities with each entry having full details of what change was made by whom and has a date time stamp.
Understanding the information displayed
Period
The between input fields allow a user to specify the date range of activities that should be displayed on the screen.
Transaction type
The audit trail allows you to search for your system activity by Transaction type within a date range, just enter the full transaction type name (see below). By using the search wild card (which is the %) at the beginning or end of the criteria you can extend or narrow your search. For e.g. %case will give you all activities which has the word case, full or partially e.g. Access case details, Dashboard report requested - Overdue cases.
By caseworker
You can search for activities by a specific caseworker, just enter the caseworkers full name. By using the search wild card (which is the %)at the end of the criteria you can narrow your search to users called George.
(e.g. George% will give you all the activities by any user called George).
Activity context
You can filter on “Activity Context”:
The details of the transaction with a date and time stamp will be displayed.

Allocate email
Edit details
Edit general notes
Change target date
To view the activity click on the View details or Access case to go into the case itself.
