Features for all users

The Me dropdown option, in the top navigation bar, is available to all users and provides useful features to help you keep your details up to date and provides the ability for you to act on behalf of a colleague or for you to delegate access to a colleague.

Depending on your configuration some of these options may be greyed out or not available as your details may be pulled through from a 3rd Party system such as Active Directory or Novell through SAML/ADFS. If this is the case then contact your system administrator or IT department.

My profile

My Profile is where all your contact details are stored which are then used to populate your details in correspondence.

You should ensure your Name, Address, Email, Daytime Phone and Job Title are complete and correct. Any letter templates and emails generated using the system will automatically insert your contact information in the relevant fields; saving you time and trouble.
