Document upload settings AS

Select Document upload settings from the General settings.

To access the General settings, select Administration from the top bar dropdown.

The system allows you to control what type of documents can be uploaded and the maximum file size in mega bytes for the documents.

Understanding the information displayed

Self service forms - enter the mime types allowed separated by a comma, for documents uploaded for all forms submitted via the self service portal.
Other forms - enter the mime types separated by a comma, for documents uploaded for all forms submitted excluding forms submitted via the self service portal.

Maximum file size allowed
Self service forms - enter a maximum file size in megabytes for documents uploaded by customers using the self service portal.
Other forms - enter a maximum file size in megabytes for documents uploaded by users of the system excluding forms submitted via the self service portal.

Add or amend as necessary then Save.
