Single sign-on
Single sign-on allows you to link the system with your own identity provider, such as Active Directory via ADFS, Azure AD, Okta or Google workspace. Although the system will utilise it's own secure user management and authentication functionality out of the box, single sign-on will simplify the authentication process for your users and prevent additional credentials being required.

Our recommended approach would be to use Open ID connect based SSO with Azure AD, as other integrations rely on this SSO method such as Office 365, Calendar integration, Odata connector and MS Bookings and MS Teams.
