Team dashboard

The Team dashboard gives you an overview of how your teams are currently doing displaying the latest performance statistics.

The Team dashboard allows you to drill-down through the statistics by selecting either the titles or statistical value and view details of the relevant cases and tasks. The drill down lists may be printed or exported to Excel.

If you are a member of more than one team, you can use a drop-down list to view statistics for the selected team.

The Team dashboard will be generated automatically the first time it is viewed for a given team on a given day. Subsequent dashboard views will not re-query the database unless the Refresh link is used.


Team dashboards are customisable and can be configured by your System Administrator. You can have up to 9 tabs wit 4 reports in each.


You can find the team dashboard by selecting Team dashboard from the left hand menu in both the Reporting and Manage cases tabs.

The date and time the dashboard was last generated is displayed underneath each chart or table. If you wish to update the dashboard then select Refresh () this will update the dashboard and a new time will be displayed.

Additional links allow the list to be printed or exported to Excel.



You can Print list this will print off the list as it appears in the drill down or choose to Print details which gives you a summary of the items in the list. Export to Excel produces a csv file which can be opened in Excel.

View on map will display cases on a map. Only available if location is being mapped. 

You can drill-down as far as an individual case and therefore manage the case directly from the drill down.



Configure dashboards

Enterprise and Team dashboards are customizable and can be configured by your System Administrator. You can have 9 tabs with 6 reports (Team dashboard) / 10 (Enterprise dashboard) in each.

 Select Configure dashboard tabs from the option show


To enable a tab select Enable tabs for the appropriate dashboard, select the checkbox to enable you to set a label then Next to save the changes. 

System administrators can configure dashboards to either always or never display a specific tab for the currently selected team. This means that you can display or hide dashboard tabs for each individual team - providing team-specific dashboard views.

To configure a chart select [] below the chart. This will take you to the My adhoc report builder.

Support for embedding Power BI iFrames in Dashboards

The team and enterprise dashboard designers support a report type of ‘iFrame’ which allows reports designed in external tools such as Power BI to be embedded within dashboards.

This allows a iFrame URL to be specified (such as link to a Power BI report) together with the intended height and width of the iFrame.

KanBan interface in dashboards

There is a KanBan interface in the dashboards section for team administrators. This is located under Reporting | Team Dashboards | Assignments. This allows you to list all the cases and tasks by caseworker and then easily drag/drop to move items from one caseworker to another.
