Subscribe users to a report AS

You can subscribe yourself or other users to reports so they receive the report automatically via email, the timing of the reports will be daily, monthly or quarterly depending on the report.

You can subscribe non users of the system to a report and they too will receive an email with the report.

 Amend or remove subscribers

First you need to find the report in the Report library or My ad hoc reports.

Add a subscriber to a standard or adhoc report

The reporting library folder will display the extensive library of reports grouped into logical categories.

You can find the report library by selecting Report library from the top menu.

Select the appropriate folder from the list available.

Select Subscribe users next to the report you wish to subscribe users to.

Enter the name of user or email addresses of the users you wish to subscribe to a report.

Once all the email addresses are entered select Next

The subscriber(s) are now added to the report.

Amend or remove users from subscribers list

Select Subscribe for ad-hoc reports or Subscibe users for standard reports next to the report which has subscribers you wish to amend/remove.

Edit / remove the email addresses of the users you wish to subscribe to a report.

Once all the email addresses are entered select Next

Periodicity 

When a report is sent when subscribed will depend on the period selected on set up. For e.g. a monhtly reports will be sent on the 1st day of the next month, weekly report on the first day of your business week, etc. Below we specify the periodicity:
