Favourite reports AS

The current user's favourite reports are listed here.

Favourite reports are your personal list of reports which you run on a regular basis, this list is not shared.

You can add a report to your favourite reports list so all your regular reports are together, once a report is set as a favourite it appears in your favourite reports list, at any time you can remove a report from your favourites.

If you have not selected any reports a message is displayed "You have not yet selected any favourite reports. Please select your favourite reports from the reports library."

Run a favourite report

To view one of your Favourite reports, select Run report next to the report you wish to run. You will need to enter the required parameters for the report, remember that if you have the report filter set data will be restricted to the filter selected.

Add a report to your favourite reports list

To add a report from the report library to your favourites list, select a folder from the Report library which will then display a list of reports for that category.

Select Favourite next to the report you wish to add as a favourite.

The report will now be available as a favourite report.

Remove a report from your favourite reports list

To remove a report from your favourites list select Remove favourite next to the report you wish to remove.
