Find case AS
The Find case option allows you to quickly find any cases.
You can search for cases for a specific registered contact by typing in the first name or surname in the text field and then press the Search button.
You can also press the search button without typing anything in which will allow you to search using any of the field presented afterwards.
Existing cases matching the contact name searched are displayed. From this screen, you can use further filter cases.

Understanding the information displayed
Received
Enter start and end date to filter the results
Assigned to
Display cases assigned to all teams or restrict the search to a particular team.
Case type
Display all case type or restrict to one depending on what type of cases have been created for the contact searched for.
Name
Enter the name of the main contact on the case to search for cases they are a contact on.
Keyword
Enter keywords to restrict the search. The system will search cases for the specified keywords and return details of all matching cases. This will search through any reportable fields or indexed documents.
Attribute filter
Select a field to filter your search results by and the system will search and return details matching your filter.
Filter value
This needs to be inputted after you have selected a attribute filter for it to work.
For example, if you select a yes/no question in attribute filter, the filter value needs to be ‘Yes’ for the system to return cases where that field is ‘Yes’.
You can then click on the appropriate case to access it.
