Redact case or transaction details AS
System administrators can redact case or transaction details allowing removal of sensitive data such as NI numbers, SSN or credit card numbers from case details. This will need to be enabled from the Administration / General settings / General preferences.
Select Edit details from the Details section and then Redact case attributes:
Select the specific data that needs to be redacted using the Redact value option.
Replace the actual values by the [*] character.
The information will now be redacted from the case. In addition to case attributes, individual transaction details may also be redacted:
