Anonymise/Remove a Case
System administrators can anonymise or a remove a case altogether. This will need to be enabled from the Administration / General settings / General preferences.
Anonymise a case
When you anonymise a case it will remove all personal details, notes, correspondence, documents, free text case attributes and transaction details from the case. If you permissions allow you will be be able see the erasure option from the Find case or My cases screen:
Personal details have now been removed from the case:
Notes, correspondence and transaction details have also been removed from the case.
Remove a case
To remove the case completely you will need to use the Completely remove case option from the Find case or My cases screen:
The system will ask you to confirm removal:
A removed case can be restored by system administrators. Please see Restore archived case (AP) article.
