Basic User Interface

The basic user interface provides a simple interface for completing basic tasks and correspondences on the system. This interface is designed to be used by front line staff who use the system for recording new cases, answering queries relating to existing cases and completing tasks and correspondences that have been assigned to them.

Home

This is the screen that lists all Tasks and Correspondence that have been assigned to you and require your action. These are typically assigned to you by caseworkers who manage cases using the power user interface.

If any dates appear in red font then the task or letter is overdue and requires your immediate attention.

Record a case

There is the Record a case area with a simple drop down list of services available to you for recording new requests.
