Designed to enable staff to easily access the full power of the system, the power user interface is for both customer facing staff and specialist handlers.

This simple to use, browser-based portal, will enable any staff across the organisation to log feedback, including complaints, compliments, queries, etc, using your corporate intranet. It will guide staff through the process, making the logging complaints and feedback and providing customers/operators with updates, a quick and simple process. This portal also allows for the quick capture of cases that are resolved on the spot. Emails being received in to the organisation can be automatically recorded within the system and have automatic responses sent back to the customer and ensuring all cases dealt with are recorded within the system.
