The iCasework Calendar connector requires the use of Microsoft Graph API, and the delegated permission flow, and so requires the use of OpenID based SSO using Microsoft Azure Active Directory. The below guide covers the setup of the required Azure Group.

If you have already set up the Office 365 Word Integration - delegated permission flow then you will have already completed the steps below, and so can just enable the Calendar integration in iCasework Administration. If you plan to use Microsoft Word 365 then we recommend following the Word 365 instructions, as they contain one additional step to create a Sharepoint sitePlease reference Point 2 below.

If you don’t plan to use Word 365 the please follow the instructions below. You must have Open ID based SSO set up already.

If you have set up OpenID based SSO set up but have set up Office 365 word integration using the application permission flow. Then you will also need to follow the instructions below to set up an additional Office 365 group and add the required delgated access permissions to your app registration.
